Hi all,
We are moving to Teams for our calls. We have around 500 VVX phones at the moment with Telstra TiPT and will be reprovisioning them to teams via DHCP. I've read elsewhere that the phones ignore DHCP options 100 and 101, so I want to know how I can set the daylight savings settings on 500 odd phones when we swap over. I REALLY don't want to log into the web interface for every phone individually, and since it's provisioned by teams, I can't change any settings on that side.
Any options?

Hello @AndrewC ,
Welcome to the Poly Community.
1st of all, a Poly VVX will never run Microsoft Teams natively so part of your question is incorrect as the phones only run Skype for Business or openSIP.
We would need to know what "flavour" of the Microsoft Solution you will be running?
- Skype for Business 3PIP certified
or - Microsoft Teams SIP gateway
For the SIP Gateway I suggest you check our specific Microsoft FAQ here:
Apr 19, 2022 Question: Can I use compatible Poly SIP phones with the new Microsoft SIP Gateway?
Resolution: More details >here< and please be aware this is not the Microsoft 3PIP gateway using compatible Poly Phones using the Skype for Business Base Profile
This post should have really been posted in the relevant Microsoft section but I suggest you look at our free Poly Lens cloud service as this is most likely what you want to use to provision the phones.
The next best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only. We do offer professional services for changes like this.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
