Hello,
I am trying to create a softkey to link to "Corporate Direcetory" menu located in "Directories" but it doesn't work.
I want to go to DIRECTORIES > 2 Corporate Directory
I tried the following syntax but it only goes to Directories Menu and not selecting the "2 Corporate Directory".
softkey.2.action="$FDirectories$$FArrowDown$$FSelect$"
also tried :
"$FDirectories$$FDialpad2$"
but nothing
I would greatly appreciate any help on this
Polycom VVX 500
UCS 5.6.1
thanks
franck

Hello @Kakiman ,
Welcome back to the Poly community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.
For your new issue using a currently supported software like UC Software 5.6.5 with this configuration works for me with no issue:
<WEB feature.enhancedFeatureKeys.enabled="1" softkey.1.action="$FDirectories$$FDialpad2$" softkey.1.enable="1" softkey.1.label="LDAP" softkey.1.use.idle="1" softkey.1.precede="1" />
UC Software 6.1.0, which is not compatible with your phone, added a new EFK that directly goes to the corporate directory using LdapCorpDir
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
