The above explains in detail that the voIpProt.SIP.specialEvent.checkSync.alwaysReboot="0" must be set. So far you have not yet provided the information if you have changed / added this parameter.

Hello Martin,
I have just updated the linked post to make this check-sync parameter clearer.
voIpProt.SIP.specialEvent.checkSync.alwaysReboot needs to be ="1" to always reboot.
For further troubleshooting please work with your Polycom reseller and/or Polycom support directly.
