followed all the instrutions on bulletin 41137 and it's not working. try to activated log using the info at the end of the bulletin but it contain errors. the image is impossible in an xml structure. when i tried corporate directory it said invalid configuration. Seems to be common error when you try to confirgure corporate directory but without log no chance of knowing what cause the error.

Hello YvesC,
The community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Jan 30, 2012 Question: Can I use a central Phone book or is LDAP / Corporate Directory supported?
Resolution: Please check => here <=
The above has an example configuration file that you can use as a template.
Any XML errors in your file and the phone will not process it. You can simply use an XML Editor like XML Notepad 2007 to verify your configuration.
Please ensure you always check the community FAQ and/or utilize the community search before posting any new topics or follow up post’s.
