I bought a
8GB [2x4GB] DDR3-1333 RAM Memory Upgrade Kit for
to upgrade my HP Touchsmart 600-1050 All in one.
However, it hadn't worked and showed only black screen after installed.
The discription is
4GB DDR3-1333 PC3-10600 Non-ECC Unbuffered 204 Pin 1.5V CL=9 Memory
After then, I bought a different one of
8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 1600 MT/s (PC3 - 12800) CL11 SODIMM Notebook Memory Modules CT2KIT51264BF160B / CT2CP51264BF160B at amaozn.com
It has the same problem.
Are those not compitable with my computer?
If so, please let me know a compitable memory set for upgrade.

Yes that would be true, but as the model is an All-in-One computer, it is not flexible for board replacements, like a regular desktop would be. You probably only have the one board option.

Hi there ,
Welcome back to the HP Support Forums! I understand that you are trying to upgrade the RAM in your computer. I am happy to help with this.
Looking at the HP and Compaq Desktop PCs Motherboard Specifications (E60), for your system, it shows the following under "Memory upgrade information":
•Dual channel memory architecture
•Two DDR3 SO-DIMMs (200-pin) sockets
•SO-DIMM type-PC3-10600 (DDR3-1333)
•Non-ECC memory only, unbuffered
•Supports 2 GB DDR3 SO-DIMMs
•Maximum memory only if using 2GB DDR3 DIMM modules.
•Supports up to 8 GB on 64-bit PCs
•Supports up to 4 GB* on 32-bit PCs
There is one contradiction in the above provided information, but the main thing is the board supports only 2 GB DDR3 SO-DIMMs, and as there are only two slots that means up to 4GB of RAM.
Please let me know whether that works for you, and if it does resolve your issue, please mark this post as a solution. Kudos would also be appreciated.
