I have a Pavilion desktop 590-p0xxx, motherboard I.D. is 942023-601,  Ryzen 3 2200G with Radeon Vega, 12GB ram. Can anyone help with what Ryzen cpu will work in it so its compatible with windows 11. I tried a Ryzen 3 with Vega 8 but I just got a black screen, do I need a cpu with Vega graphics or is the graphics on the motherboard.

Doesn't need to be powerful as it's not going to be used for gaming just spread sheets and the like.

 Thanks in advance

Your PC has a Sunflower motherboard.

HP Desktop PCs - motherboard specifications, Sunflower | HP® Support

You need either one of these two processors to run W11 as well as a discrete graphics card because neither processor works with the onboard AMD graphics.

AMD Ryzen7-2700 (Pinnacle Ridge) 8 cores/16 threads
65 W
AMD Ryzen5-2600 (Pinnacle Ridge) 6 cores/12 threads
65 W

If your PC only has the onboard graphics, and the 180W power supply, I recommend the Nvidia GT1030 GDDR5 graphics card which only has a 30W power draw.
