Is there slots to add more hard drive memory in my gaming computer?

Here is the Upgrade and Service Guide. There is a bay for a standard 3.5 inch desktop hard drive and also a slot on the motherboard for an M.2 SSD shown in the pictures. Not sure how your model is equipped as the model number you give is generic and applies to a whole series of computers but if you are missing either type of drive you can obviously add one or if you have both you can replace one or the other with the same type of device, but with larger capacity:
