Hello, 

So I recently bought this PC brand new, and my CPU temp, is between 60-70 Degrees celsius. When I just browse. Is this normal, to have temperature like this? And Secodnly it says it has 16 GB Ram, but 11,56 Avaliable. This is normal too?

It has  AMD Ryzen CPU which is normally hotter than Intel CPU and 60-70 Degrees celsius is Okay.

 

For RAM, That is a known issue.with AMD CPU's. Please check the following article:.
