1) May I find a service manual for my motherboard?
2) With which processor may I upgrade my system?
3) Is it possible to upgrade memory from 8 Gigas to 16 Gigas?

Your notebook can support 2 x 8 GB of memory and the best processor you can install is the i7-2640M.

No Intel quad core processor works in the model series, but I did find the HP Quickspecs for the 6560b model series which shows that the Intel Core i7-2640M Processor is supported which seems to be updated info than what the service manual indicates.
