Hello. I needed help with my laptop after installing new RAM. Basically its been a few hours since I installed it and I got 2 errors that I have never gotten before. 1 was a BSOD which was System Service Exception and what failed was usbaudio.sys. Next was a popup that showed up as Microsoft Windows isnt responding and the whole system froze for a few seconds, then lag.
My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 3700u Vega 10.
The RAM is a Kingston Fury Impact 8GB 2666MHz DDR4 CL15 Laptop Memory Single Module KF426S15IB/8. Thank You!

Hi:
The memory you installed has too fast a CL speed for your notebook to handle.
I'm surprised the notebook even booted up.
When you install DDR4-2666 MHz memory in your notebook, it has to be CL19.
Then it bridges to 2400 MHz CL17.
I recommend that you never install performance memory with a faster CL speed than the memory that was originally installed in your notebook.
DDR4-2400 = CL17
DDR4-2666 = CL19
DDR4-3200 = CL22
That is because your notebook's BIOS is locked, and you cannot adjust the memory XMP.

Apparently there is this https://github.com/FlyGoat/RyzenAdj/releases
There are work arounds using Ryzen Master and having Omen installed to trick the BIOS on desktops, this tool may or may not be able to help you adjust ram speed and/or voltages to something that is more stable
