Greetings @Jawnyp

My pleasure.

Download and run CPU-Z. Do the portable Zip version.

You might get some useful info about the CPU and the MB.

It gets confusing when HP uses different MBs in the same PC having different product numbers, hence the "CTO" designation.

Greetings @Jawnyp

Welcome to the HP Forum.

All I could find is a 795-0030qd CTO PC having the product number 2SZ10AV.

Check all PC specs at this Site.

Chances are good your PC may have a Berks MB if the Intel CPU options at this site match your PC's CPU.

Regards.

Thanks for the quick response @Bill_to. I originally was looking at the same as you linked below, however, after discovering that my product number is different.

When searching the HP Parts store, entering my serial number yielded the results of 2SZ10AV or 4AB22AV. 4AB22AV is what is also noted on the label on the side of my PC. This product # shows the name as "HP W/K PHTM ENVY 795-0030qd DTOPC", rather than "HP ICTO UMA ENV Berks H370 PC" which is what 2SZ10AV is listed as. The lack of "Berks" and "H370" in the title has me thinking it is potentially an entirely different motherboard.

Anything will help! Thank you.

I believe my previous reply deleted so apologies if this is a duplicate.  To add some additional info, when searching my PC serial number on the HP Parts site (https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/Search_Results.aspx?mscssid=D077BE71DFF54C87848C0CB377A5420E&SearchIn=P...) it shows two potential Product #s, with one being the one you have identified below.

The other Product # is the one in my subject line/on the side of my PC. This product number on the parts site shows the name "HP W/K PHTM ENVY 795-0030qd DTOPC" rather than the "HP ICTO UMA ENV Berks H370 PC" as the 2SZ10AV is titled.

Because of this, I am concerned they may actually be different products with different specs and/or motherboards. Thank you!
