HP Compaq 8200 Elite Small Form Factor PC

Do I need to upgrade my PC with an additional 4GB (or more) video card? My PC is an HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFFT i5 with 16 GB of RAM. I don't know which video card to choose (it must have 2 HDMI ports).

If you're looking to upgrade your HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF with a video card that has 2 HDMI ports, consider the following:

  1. Low-Profile GPU: Since it's a Small Form Factor (SFF) PC, you’ll need a low-profile graphics card that fits within the compact case.
  2. Power Supply Limitations: Check the wattage of your PSU, as SFF systems often have limited power. Cards like NVIDIA GT 1030 or AMD RX 6400 are efficient and suitable for such setups.
  3. Use Case: If you’re upgrading for general tasks or light gaming, a 4GB card like the GT 1030 should suffice. For heavier workloads, consider a GTX 1650 Low Profile, but confirm your PSU can handle it.

Much like "infection control experts" consider specific constraints in their work environments, choosing a GPU for an SFF PC requires careful consideration of size, power, and performance needs. Let me know if you need further help!
