I bought this new my HP All-in-one Desktop 24-cr1xxx and it has 16GB RAM https://www.staples.com/hp-24-cr1176-23-8-touchscreen-all-in-one-desktop-computer-intel-core-ultra-5...
Now, I would like to upgrade the RAM. Can I bump this to another 16GB? Whats the max capacity here and whats the recommended RAM to buy. I have few DDR4 16GB RAMs with me (LODIMM DDR4 2400 16GB). Are those useful? Any recommendations? Thank you!

You can use any brand you want, in particular you can use Crucial.
Crucial 16GB DDR5-5600 SODIMM | CT16G56C46S5 | Crucial.com
For the memory to work faster it must be in pairs, put for example 24 GB will disable the dual channel that makes them faster.

Hi @redjock
The PC uses DDR5 memory, it cannot use DDR4 memory. Supports 32 GB (2x16) of DDR5-5600 ram, currently has 16 GB (2x8).
