HP All-in-One - 24-df0014
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I have an open memory slot on my HP All-in-One 24-df0014. Can I have the link for the proper memory module to buy? I believe I need an 8GB DDR4. The original memory module in the computer is from A-Data, but I cannot find the same product on amazon.

Thanks,

Jerry

Here is a source for guaranteed compatible memory.

You will need to use a pair of identical guaranteed compatible memory modules.

What is the part number of the A-Data memory module?

It can be found without opening the case by using the free safe utility titled CPU-Z. Click on the SPD tab.

Hello,

Here is the part number: AO1P26KC8T1-BXPS

I would like a module from adata and not from crucial bc i want to make sure everything is compatible. Or at least a recommended product list from hp.

Thanks for your help,

Jerry

Hello,

Actually, I think I will mix and match with the AData which is already in the computer, and one of the crucial 8GB ram modules, from the website you provided me. Thanks again for your help!

Mixing and matching module brands is not the best plan as it comes with the risk of only one module being available for use in Windows.

Doing that will not allow running the modules in dual channel  mode.

I found a number of sources at online vendors in the search that I did.

Hello,

Unfortunately, I did not see any links for amazon in the google search results that you sent me. I am only able to get stuff from amazon, so are there any other methods you recommend?

Thanks,

Jerry

Use the part number of the memory from the Crucial link and do a search.
