Thank you for the system information. The answer is a resounding "NO" based on the fact that your system is Legacy boot environment, and not capable of the UEFIvBIOS required by cards grater than the GTX600 series. There are hybrid dual BIOS cards, but these have had limited success (MSI GTX750Ti Hybrids).
Sorry to sadden your day, but you made a wise choice to ask before your spent $$$.00
The market has been flooded with these Business models (circa 2011) for the past few years.
The PCIEx16 slot is limited to 75W, and the PSU is a NON-ATX supply. It does not have a standard ATX main (20/24) but uses a 6 pin.
