I have a HP Elite 8300 USDT desktopo and i would like to know if the mSATA mempry can be a secon hardisk or is it only memory cache

@Arturo01 -- how old is your computer?
Given that it uses DDR3 RAM, and was originally shipped with Windows 7, it must be several years old.

If so, that web-page lists:
Ultra-Slim Desktop specifications
Expansion slots: (1) Mini PCI Express, (1) MXM, (1) mSATA
But, I do not see any information to indicate if the motherboard will (or will not) boot from mSATA.
I recommend that you actually try it, to see if it works for you.

It does not list anything about "mSATA", although it has a memory-card (such as in a digital camera) reader.
How old is the PC?
