I reviewed the case regarding issues with the computer. I will be delighted to assist you here.
Before providing any solution, I need a few answers. 🙂
How long are you facing this issue?
Any hardware/software changes made before this started?
Is the operating system an OEM version, or a retail version?
Did you try to re-install the operating system twice?
Please let me know the issue in detail to assist you further with relevant steps.

Could you right click the extra drive and go to properties and let me know the drive size please?
