Good afternoon, when registering with tech support, there was a problem filling out information about yourself (without which it does not allow us to fully register and ask a question). On the data entry page (continued registration), the mail fields are not active and the choice of country and time zone does not work. Tried different browsers. Cookies included

Hi Maksim,
The Email fields are greyed out because you cannot change that information for this part of the registration.
Try filling out the rest of the fields and click View Profile and see if the greyed out fields have been filled out for you.
If they have, you should be able to click Save.

I tried to fill in all the fields, except for "country selection" and "time zone". The country and time zone selection fields do not work. These are required fields. Without filling them, the save button is not active.
