HP M24fe FHD Monitor

I have 3 new HP M24fe FHD monitors - literally a day out of the box.

About every 10 minutes or so, one of the displays will briefly flash black but returns to normal. It is only happening on one display each time; the three displays do not all briefly flash black simultaneously.  But all 3 monitors are exhibiting this symptom at different intervals.

My operating system is Windows 11 23H2, build 22635.2700.  I have updated my drivers to v1.0.0.0 of the HP M24fe FHD Monitor driver from 3/11/2021.  Additionally, it is happening both when the monitors are configured for 60Hz and when the monitors are configured for 75Hz (technically 74.97Hz according to Windows).

My graphics card is a Zotac 1070 Ti with 1 HDMI output and 3 DisplayPort outputs.  1 of the monitors is connected using the included HDMI cable only.  2 of the monitors are connected using the included HDMI cable and an official HP DisplayPort to HDMI adapter.

My previous monitors - a pair of Dell G2410's - did not exhibit this symptom.  Both were connected using DVI cables and official HP DisplayPort to DVI adapters.
