HP Z840 Base Model Workstation

hello friends
I bought an Nvidia RTX A4000 graphics card (second hand).
Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000 Graphics Card is currently installed. I installed RTX A4000 as the second Graphics Card. The card works but my computer does not recognize the card. What would be the reason? What can I do? I thank you in advance for any help you can give.

Hello
No one responded... I searched on the internet and Youtube and solved the problem.
1. I updated the Bios
It didn't happen
2. I reset cmos
it didn't happen again
3. I removed the battery and reinserted it.
I edited the dates and times from UEFI
My problem was solved in item 3.
But. I was careless and broke the socket while removing the battery, so when I restarted the computer, the motherboard was reset again.
I had to take it to a computer repair shop and have the battery socket replaced. Now it works on both my graphics cards.
It may help friends who may encounter similar problems.

Kind regards.
