ENVY
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have paired my HP Envy PC via bluetooth to a Sony SRSBTX500 speaker.  The bluetooth  device list shows the speakers paired but no sound is coming out of the speakers.  Volume is up and bluetooth is on.  I have noticed this computer having other bluetooth problems as well.

My iphones have no problem connecting.

What now?

Greetings @ALB3,

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are unable to get audio from your Bluetooth device.

Not to worry, I will be glad to help.

Is the Bluetooth speaker listed in playback devices?

Request you refer to this HP Article for assistance in connecting any Bluetooth device with your computer.

Once the speaker is paired with the computer.

Do a right-click on the speaker icon on the taskbar.

Open playback devices.

Right-click on the Bluetooth speaker and click on connect.

Let me know how it goes.
