HP xw4600 Workstation
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Workstation xw4600 motherboard E93839 front panel connector is a 18 Pin. I cannot connect the front panel such as power switch button, reset button, HDD LED, and etc. Is there a pinout schematic for this motherboard's front pannel? I have ws ug xw4600 strg 453080-001 screen PDF that is the motherboard. Does not give the 18 Pin conector. Thank you for your time.

Above on the left is this specific forum's search box, and if you type in pinout and then hit return you will find what you need.  The HP workstations of this era (xw6400 xw6600 xw4600 etc) used very similar pinouts with slight variations, and there are excellent posts in there where you can see all the variations.

All the important ones will be there for you.  Even the wiring colors have been quite uniform.  Makes sense they would do it that way.

The xw4600 front panel 18 pin connector is called P5.  The pinout is below (this has been posted in a previous thread)

Thermal+ and Thermal- go to a thermal sensor that measures air temperature as it enters the system.  If they are not connected, the xw4600 fans will probably run at full speed and be noisy.

Do not connect anything to the CHASSIS pins.

Connecting a momentary switch between POWER_BUTTON# and GND will power up the system.
