The Community is a database, filled with issues experienced by thousands of users and solutions provided for them.

 

If you have an issue, there is a good chance that it has already been asked in the Community and somebody has provided a solution. So before you ask your question, it is always a good idea to search for available solutions on that issue.

 

Our Community has a robust search engine with several filter options available. Here is a small guide on how to effectively use the search function in our Community.

 

1. On the top of every page in the Community there is a search field to help you find what you're looking for. Whenever a search term is entered into the field, it will bring up a list of suggested results that may be related to what you're looking for.

2. If none of the suggested results are what you're looking for then go ahead and click the magnifying glass icon to bring you to the search page.

3. From the search page you are able to use all the filters available to narrow down your search to find what you're looking for.
