Your machine could be one of the following machines
https://partsurfer.hp.com/?searchtext=3G5Z0AV
The first one shows 800W
Regards.

Hi ILoveComputers1,
To determine if you can upgrade to a 4070 or 5070 graphics card in your OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop, you'll need to check the wattage of your PSU (Power Supply Unit).
The recommended PSU wattage for graphics cards like the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 or 5070 typically ranges from 650W to 750W, depending on the exact model and other components in your PC.
Here’s how to find your current PSU wattage:
- Check the Documentation: The user manual or product specifications from HP may list the PSU wattage.
- Open the Case: If you're comfortable with it, you can open your case to look for the label on the power supply itself. The label should indicate the wattage (e.g., 650W, 750W).
- HP Support: You can also contact HP support with your specific model number, and they can confirm the exact PSU wattage for your desktop.
