omen 870-129 wont go to bios/ 3 long beeps 3 short

hey guys i've been having this issue for months now and i can't seem to figure it out. everytime my pc boots it does the 3 long beeps 3 short beeps which everybody says "just reseat your ram and your GPU  and it should be fixed" i've done that 3 times now and it's worked for the 1st boot (still doesnt go into bios though)  but after that it goes straight back to beeping everytime it boots. When my pc actually does boot, i never get a loadup screen or anything and no matter what i do i cant get to the bios either. I've tried going through advanced options and doing the UEFI firmware settings trick but once again the pc just beeps on startup and then sits at a black screen until i restart it all together.if anyone has any ideas it'd be massively appreciated

The red light blinks three times, and then three, short white light blinks (3 long red, 3 short white)

This condition indicates a potential graphic chip failure.

Contact HP Customer Support for further assistance.

your graphics card may be faulty

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070

Thimphu back I/O panel

use HDMI out ( 4 ) motherboard

if it works then the graphics card probably needs to be replaced
