Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A7AV)

I purchased a brand new HP Victus exactly a week ago and I'm already having problems with it. The specs are an Intel i7 Processor, 16RB of RAM, and an RTX 3050 Ti Graphics Card. After playing games for awhile I noticed they started to lag considerably and the GHz that my CPU is running at was around 1.00-2.00 instead of the base 2.30 or above, according to Task Manager. I ran a benchmark test and both GPUs, the Intel and the NVIDIA RTX 3050 Ti were running considerably below average, specifically the Intel one. I do not know why this is and I hope this is not a hardware issue completely. Here are the benchmarks:

Let me check your basic system configuration before we dive deeper ...

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Disk drives>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Storage controllers>

- Expand <Other devices> ? (Those entries are for hardware for which Windows has not loaded a suitable driver)
