i just finished cleaning my laptop fans, when i boot it up i realize the left fan are not working. But whe

n the temperature increases both fan blows harder but the left one blows bit weaker than the right fan, when the temperature is low i didnt feel any air coming out of the left fan but i can feel it on the right. so did i damage my fan or is it normal on omen 15 laptops

Its normal by design. HP laptops with two fans have been like this for quite some time.
