does anybody else on here feels like they are being scammed by 8P instant ink because I can never get an agent like call them up myself and talk to someone they always call me from unknown numbers never fix my problem. Take my money when I pay for my paper and never send it to me. I feel like this is fraud and scamming. You have to give all your information to these people and they work your printer but can’t help you with the **bleep** question. They’re happy to take your money but I get the **bleep** runaround, so I’m Paying to get the rental round from these people, so sick of it I can't even get them to answer me on even how to take the white border off when I am trying to print something their questions only contains of a few things you can't be specific and get an answer this is ridiculous. I have not been able to print on my printer for almost a year because they won't help me but they're taking my money they're scamming me. How do I get in touch with the Better Business Bureau since I can't get no customer service
