It has been been about 10 months or more now, and I have not been using ALL of my 50 page plan for the Instant Ink Program. I just recently started checking my account and I see that none of the months had the rollover pages that I was supposed to receive.
I have the 50 PAGES for $2.99/MONTH plan. Please see pictures attached for reference. Thank you (:

Hi @phuongvy
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
If you do not use all your plan pages in a month, the unused pages will be kept in your account as rollover pages. Your rollover pages are available as long as you are enrolled in HP Instant Ink. You can continue to roll over up to two times the number of pages in your monthly plan (for example, you can roll over up to 100 pages if you are enrolled in a 50 page plan).
According to the screenshot you shared, you already have 0/100 rollover pages. The maximum rollover allowed for 50-page plan is 100.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
