Hi John,

i found the problem in the setup installer that i used, my printer is "dn" so i should use HP LaserJet Pro 402-403 n-dn setup installer Instead of using HP LaserJet Pro 402-403 Setup.

Thanks John, Have a good day.

I have the same question except I cannot install the printer driver from the net. The ap on my computer doesnt't find a driver, so I went to the net and downloaded one. Half way through opening the driver that I have downloaded, I get the error message "annot delete output file."

Help, please.
