Laser Jet 400 Color printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to open the toner tray on a Laser Jet 400.  When I press the tab, I see that a latch withdraws on the right side, but the tray does not budge.

Hi dzsy4sup,

Verify that the front door is completely open. If the door is not fully open the toner tray will not come out of the printer. Often times the door appears fully open but it is not, especially if the printer is in a tight spot where the door is somewhat blocked.

If that is not the issue then you might have to have the device serviced.

I hope this helps.
