A client has asked me if the memory can be upgraded in the Laswerjet Pro M477fnw. Does anyone know?

HP M477fnw printer slows down terribly when printing any full size images 

the last one was a 115 meg color file and it took approx. 9-10 minutes it was a cmyk tif file.

size was 8x10 at 300 resolution.

Does HP have a solution to this problem? The issue at the bottom of this thread continues to remain. Powerpoints print at a speed of one page every 30 seconds. After troubleshooting with HP directly and removing/reinstalling drivers which don’t solve the problem, a temporary solution seems to be plugging out and plugging back the power cable. Issue seems to resolve for a few weeks, this is not a sustainable solution.
