Is there anyone who can answer this question for me?  It used to work just fine, but now it doesn't.  It hasn't worked correctly for several months, now.  Thanks.

did you ever get this problem resolved?  I too have the same issue, and no one seems to want to answer it.  Let me know!  Thanks.

I have no idea how, but the problem disappeared. Printer is now functioning normally. So far, anyway.

Hmmm, thanks.  Mine used to work just fine.  Seems like it started mis-feeding after a Microsoft or HP update a while ago.  Thanks again for your feedback!

Hi HevnLghHP,

This did not fix the problem.  The paper feeds; it just feeds too far, about a half inch too much.  It used to work fine,  I tried resetting to factory settings, but maybe I should try it again?  Maybe something is wrong with my printer driver (which I have also removed and reloaded several times)?    What do you suggest next?
