Product: HP Color LaserJet CM3530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have a HP Color LaserJet CM3530, that when you make a copy or scan. The copies have a yellow overlay. This does not happen with prints sent from a computer. Just if you make a copy.

Do you know of anything that happened to the printer just prior to the yellow copy issue? 

 

I would check all of the connectors (by reseating) to the formatter/SCB/Scanner Assy.
