The printer is operating 100% with existing users.  We are using the built in wireless network connection.  2 users are set up with scan to email which is working 100%.  I need to add a third user on the scan to email.  The email wizard will not connect/commuicate with the MFP.  The firewall settings are set to "allow", and I also disabled the firewall, but still not connecting.  I went to re-install the wizard from the HP internet site but but get an error code - "invalid URL"  I have windows defender running along with the free edition of Malware Bytes.  Any ideas to get the wizard to connect to the printer?  Thanks, Mike

The conflict could be due to the security software. Get the IP address for the printer and type it in your browser.  If your settings on the PC allow you to open the embedded web server (EWS), you can set up the scan to email through the EWS.  Try following the EWS section of this document:
