Hello, I am delighted to introduce myself as a seasoned technical expert with a strong background in supporting HP's portfolio of personal computers and printers. With nearly a decade of experience working closely with HP, my expertise spans technical support, repair operations, and community engagement.
Currently, I serve as a Community Support Administrator, leveraging my knowledge and expertise to foster a supportive and informative community environment. I look forward to collaborating with fellow experts and community members to share knowledge, address challenges, and drive meaningful conversations.
After I completed my degree in Computer Science and Technology. My professional journey began at HP back in 2020, where I worked headfirst into testing and refining my technical expertise!
I'm thrilled and grateful for this new opportunity to serve as a moderator, and I'm excited to contribute to fostering a positive and productive online environment.
In my spare time, I'm a gamer at heart and at play!
I started working for HP in 2011 as a development editor, a role in which I took care of HP support documentation. I then became a website editor, and in this occupation, it was my role to audit HP support websites in Latin America. In 2015, I became supervisor of the LAR Web Support team. Recently, in 2021, I also took on the supervision of the HP Communities team, and a new universe opened up to me.
I find it incredible the way in which technology brings people who live far away from each other closer together. In my daily life, I have contact with HP in Mexico, the USA and India. Together, we all form a strong Support Community for our experts and users from around the world who are looking for solutions to their problems.
I also really appreciate the opportunity I have to practice my English and Spanish at work. I have a degree in Literature, and I love traveling to discover new cultures and amazing places. In fact, I really like reading in my free time.
I always have a good book at hand.
Computers and technology have been my lifeblood since the wee age of 8. I still remember my father bringing an HP-85 home for us to see and all I cared about was playing games on it and pulling it apart.
It was then gaming became a big part of my life.
My dream came true when I was hired on at Voodoo PC back in the 2000's and became the service manager shortly there after as well as the head administrator for the Voodoo PC support forms.
I thrive on helping people fix, what I see, are their technological investments and have always been taken pride in my personable, and non-scripted way of doing so.
I may not have all the answers, but I'll do what I can to find them!

I started working with HP since 2012 as a content writer, a role that allowed me to wear many hats, from writing and editing to crafting executive presentations and managing websites. As I gained experience, I transitioned into a leaders position, collaborating with designers and developers within our organization.
In 2018, I successfully led projects that ranged from enhancing support channels to overseeing large-scale executive initiatives. Since 2022, my focus has been on adapting and promoting culture-focused projects to enhance community engagement whilst multi-tasking with other tasks. I hold a degree in Economics, Psychology, and Sociology, as well as a double Master’s in Communications and Marketing.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about home improvement projects, reading, journaling, cooking, and, of course, enjoying music. One thing everyone knows about me is my undying love for coffee—it’s truly my fuel!

I've been with HP for over 20 years and have a been a computer hobbyist for over 30 years. Yes, I've been around since the TRS 80 days and my first computer was an Atari 400 I purchased with paper route money oh so many years ago.
One of my favorite past times is 80s arcade. I have built 2 fully functional arcade machines that play the old classics and get a kick out of some of the newer games as well.
I started out with HP reworking inkjet printers from the assembly lines, and later moved into positions of support and documentation. I naturally feel compelled to help others in need and find the forums very rewarding.

I was just a customer, even before I started working for HP in 2009. I had just finished a technical IT course and my first professional experience in the technology area was at HP.
I started on the Front line team in technical support, then through selection processes I became part of the Chat/Email and Social Media team.
I have a degree in Internet Systems and Web Designer. I like the technology area, it is a field where we are always learning new things and also passing on knowledge, always renewing ourselves.
In my free time I like to go out with friends and do programs where I can bring my family together. I value my family and friends very much.
I like reading books, listening to music, watching films and series and I also dedicate part of my time to studying (English and Spanish one day I can learn 100%).
I know how important it is to fight for what we want and dream, I do it every day, both in my professional and personal life.
Today I discovered myself a more determined, focused, strong and persistent person, always fighting for better opportunities.

I was hired as a full-time employee several years later. I have been working in various roles around Printing support on the web for 10+ years. I see myself as a customer advocate and love to help solve customer problems or identify gaps in our support whenever I can. I'm honored to join the ranks of such an illustrious group of Experts!
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my family, dogs, and reading.
