Dear Gents, Polycom Support,

I am looking forward for any support regarding Interoperability between GroupsSeries Touch UI and different type of Touch Screen Controllers/Chips.

The list provided by PLCM Release Notes is not helpful in our case as it shows the models of Touch Screens and not the touch contoller/chip itself that connects via USB.

If there is any possibility to get the information please let us know here or via e-mail:

HP Recommended

The Polycom touch UI is HID compliant and any display supporting HID and HDMI should work.  If you discover a display that does not work please open a service ticket with Polycom service so it can be investigated.
