sir,
My school has a HDX 6000. I have upgraded the unit to the latest version.
The remote control stopped working at about the same time so I am assuming I need to upgrade/edit the remote controller in some way.
Question: Could my assumption be correct?
Question: If correct could you point me to a FAQ.

Hello @GeoffS
based on your test aka the camera does not move to ensure the camera cable is plugged the correct way. Brute force can manage to install this the wrong way around.

Hi,
Thanks for the information.. I checked and the remote and HDX 6000 are both using channel 3.
Unfortunately it hasn't resolved the problem.
I have attached a file that has the full details of the unit and the symptoms.
Hopefully this will enable someone to help.
