I actually use 3.0.3.1-19040 and i try to upgrade to 3.1.14-56008.
I have no more support. It asks for a key and I don't know where I can found the key

Answer: Please check this post in the Software Licensing section => here <=
A text file with the name sw_keys.txt should be created. The format should be:
U <Tabulator>Serial<Tabulator>Key
An example is attached to this FAQ >here<
If the unit is not in contract and you have no entitlement you cannot upgrade.
