Hello Community,
I’ve got a HDX7000 system installed in one of my event rooms, and I’m having problems with making VoIP calls with this.
The unit works fine for sending and receiving and sending video and audio for from far end video conferencing clients.
When calling out to a phone (landline or mobile), I get no audio in, and no audio out.
When calling from my mobile phone to the HDX-7000, I am able to get audio into the HDX, but not able to send audio back to my phone over VoIP.
Please help me.
