HP Recommended

Currently I am recording a presentation however I can only see the presenter and not the content (power point ) I have pushed the content button but still all I see is the presenter.  Any thoughts?

Have you got H239 enabled ? what are you using to record ? dual monitor emulation ? what is monitor setup ?

Basic mode disabled ?

I have this same problem weather the far site makes the connection or I do. If the far site sends content first i get a black screen. I then send content and everyone sees it. The far site sends content again and we all see it. I think when the far sites send it it locks up. I also feel it's an H.239 issue. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Noel
