OVG,
Was looking at previous posts and wondering if we may use the same Key you provided for the HDX8000, to upgrade our HDX7000 from 2.5 to at least 3.0???
Also I need to know what the license key and option keys are for two of my customers systems.
HDX9006 SN: 881038109129CR
HDX7000 SN: 8809291025E6CN
Your assistance is appreciated.

Hello chet,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
The official Polycom support page => here <= contains the Licensing & Product Registration section where you can check your entitlement yourself.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Thank you. I tried the Licensing & Registration section but it didn't work. We don't know the actual command that purchased the system or when. Just know it belongs to the Army and we are contracted to provide maintenance and engineering support.
Any help Polycom can provide to get me the licenseing and option keys for these systems would be greatly apprecaited. They are in the POLYCOM database somewhere.
If I am following the incorrect procedure or link please let me know.
Thank you.
