Hello! We have been trying to add an EagleEye IV USB camera to some preexisting Poly X50 Video Bars.
The cameras work great as a second camera provided that the X50 is fully booted up prior to powering up the Poly X50's. If the EagleEye is powered up before the X50 such as a power outage (X50 takes longer to boot up) then the connection fails.
Has anyone had any experience with this or know of any potential solutions?

Simply not enough information:
- is this a day 1 issue?
- What software version of Studio X?
- What software version of the EagleEye IV?
- Normal USB limitation cable length used?
- What provider mode?
