Hi,

I'm facing an issue with my Polycom real presence Debut. It's rebooting when I initiate the call.

Model: RealPresence Debut™ Software Version: 1.2.1-64534 Hardware Version: 0B

 

Any Idea?

Hi Jins,

first I would try a factory reset and of course a firmware update. Then test again.
