To let everyone know, after changing the gatekeeper registration of the rmx from cma to dma the content started working, instead I got an issue with CMAD dropping connection after 20minutes when connected to a RMX.

I use HDX 8000 in an organization i manage. I discovered that i can only share a content while on a point-to-point call. But, on a multi-point call, content sharing is not going through; it leaves a blank screen. Although, if content is sent from the far end while on a multi-call, it goes through. Please, i need your suggestion on how to resolve this issue.

Hello @Hedayatullah Hakimi,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
It is always useful to include the currently used Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.
In addition the last post in this topic about HDX's was back in 2015.
We have a FAQ that outlines the required ports in a firewall so I suggest you check these first.
You can try a local video call using RPD and then cross check the ports required.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier
