Got a call from a customer trialling RPD - so no support available and therefore no sale yet!

 

Anyway, they call a Lifesize system (Room 200with current software version) but get no video at the Lifesize end. Naturally I suffested Firewall, NAT or blocked ports issue. They can call between sites using RPD to RPD and Lifesize to Lifesize but even with RPD on the same LAN segment as the Lifesize, they get no video.

 

A quick Google search immediately shows someone else with same issue within a month ago - but no conclusion. see http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/437814-lifesize-express-does-not-show-video-from-realpresence-...

 

This is an interop problem of course but can anyone help get this to the interop team for comment or get it into the Polycom Support Process?

 

I got RPD logs from user, attached I hope

we are about to release the RPD software 3.2 which should address this issue.
