Hello:  All prior Poly video units allow a remote login for configurations and to launch calls through a browser connection.  How is that done with Poly G10-T?  Thanks in advance.

Hi @ nomadamon,

 

unfortunately you can´t compare G10-T or any other Microsoft Teams Rooms System (MTR) with Poly video units like GS500 for example. The MTRs are Windows 10 based, so only chance to control a MTR is a remote desktop app like TightVNC. With TightVNC, you can see a remote computer's desktop and control it with your local mouse and keyboard.
