Hello everyone,
It's been bit long that I updated or factory restored any group series, recently came across any issue where wanted to get system restored via USB. After first attempt, system is asking for valid sw_keys.txt file however there wasn't any major update I was attempting it was minor i.e. 6.1.5 to 6.1.6.
I tried extracting key code for 6.1 from support portal but portal is giving alert for system not in service contract despite there's no upgrade I am looking for.
Can anyone please advise how it can be restored to factory settings without using sw_keys.txt. I have tried all options available on site.
