Hello
Can anyone advise how to repair a TC8 with a different device. Currently it is on a X30 but we have an X50 we wish to pair it with. Anyone done this before, know how to connect to the TC8 remove and then add the pairing?
Thanks Chris

I believe you have to unpair the TC8 from the currnet device, then make note of the new Device's IP and then pair the TC8 to it. Just a rushed instruction, but I think you can find out more on that on the Poly website. Log into the existing unit, go into General Settings / Remote Control to unpair.

Hello @ChrisBMT
Welcome back to the Poly Community.
You must unpair an IP device if you no longer want to use it with a particular video system.
The following link explains how you can unpair a TC8 from X30 :

Once you have unpaired it, you can pair it again with another device. You may refer to the following link for your easy reference :

Fyi.
I have 18 x X50 systems with TC8 an the proposed guide works. However I had one TC8 that after an upgrade lost the pairing and would only pair to another X50.. After a Hard reset of the TC8 it could be paired again.
