Hi all,
Newbie here... really hoping that I am in the right area.
We have a Polycom HD9002 sw release 2.5.0.3 - 3401 and we have never upgraded the sw eversince we bought it many years ago. Recently we were asked to connect our Polycom to:
- WebEx
- Cisco System SX20
- Skype.
I've done some reading and I think the first thing that we need to do is to upgrade the sw from 2.5.0.3 to at least 3.1x.
Questions:
- where can we download the sw for hdx9002?
- after the upgrade can we join a WebEx session/meeting?
- same goes with the Cisco SX20 and Skype... can we talk/communicate with these ones?
Many thanks in advance,
golfer_kuno

Hello @golfer_kuno,
welcome to the Polycom Community.
Usually we list in the release notes what kind of other services / devices we support. This also depends on the software version you are using.

Jun 23,2014 Question: Am I entitled to a software upgrade?
Answer: A Software update to the same Version number but a higher revision is usually free. A upgrade to the next version number (example 2.x to 3.x) requires the codec to be in warranty or a valid service contract.
